This project takes you on a journey through my great grandads experiences as a british soldier during World War II. through the uses of my family Heirlooms, i produced a publication and Website/App that takes the users on a journey through Joe’s War life and experiences through his spoken words and artefacts he collected along the way.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT WAS TO TARGET AN AUDIENCE AIMED AT YOUNG ADULTS, IN HOPES TO SPARK INTEREST AND START CONVERSATION ABOUT THEIR FAMILIES HISTORY. HEIRLOOMS ARE AN IMPORTANT Part of out history that hold sentimental value that carry stories and memories from past generations.
